Julie has 15 years experience working in customer facing roles. Having gained her BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Surrey she worked with Rushmoor Borough Council and then joined ResSoft in 2004 as a support consultant. Following ResSoft’s acquisition by Tikit she remained as a member of the customer services team providing support for Firmware (PMS), Know How System (KHS) and Intrafind portal systems. She also assisted with the support of InterAction (CRM) and Tikit’s E-marketing system. During this time Julie acquired broad range of skills including SQL, advanced HTML, ITIL, HornBill Support Works, Crystal Reports, Virtual Machine management, QA procedures and WorkSite - and even found the time to score 100% in her InterAction Certification exam! Julie joined Athenian in August 2011 and is now an accredited software tester.
